mitsuro bird wing pendant

My experiments working in bronze showed me that working with thicker and larger pieces of Mitsuro wax led to the possibility of deeper and more detailed Hikime patterns.

Applying that knowledge to my work in more traditional jewelry materials led to the creation of this asymmetrical sterling silver pendant.

materials:

Mitsuro, cast in sterling silver.
