mitsuro pendant with gold bail and sphere

As our experiments with Mitsuro progress, so do the limits of what is possible to create utilizing the technique. The extremely fine, overlapping "ribbons" of this pendant were something that even we did not think was possible when we began.

materials:

Mitsuro, cast in sterling silver and fabricated 14k yellow gold.

photos:

James "Dwight" Kallstrom, 2003.
