When I was a teenager, if you had walked up to me and said that one day, as part of my career, I would find myself standing in a Methodist church, wearing a pair of white cotton gloves while delicately holding a tiara, I'm fairly certain that the only person laughing louder than me would be my vocational guidance counselor.
