I admit, I do like my ring.

It's been sketched many times, in many media, on many kinds of paper, from little doodles at boring lectures to this blue pastel study on watercolor paper. Its unique design means that people don't always know what to make of my drawing. Some don't even know it's a ring, but they are simply in need of being shown.

I wear it almost constantly, and it has become as much of a part of me as my watch, and I'm not the kind to take my watch off very often.

It's such a little thing, and yet I'd never want to give it away.
